AYS Choral Technique and Music Theory Workbook

One of the distinct qualities that makes AYS stand out among other children's choirs in Atlanta is its concentration on music literacy.   Recently, AYS evaluated their old music theory workbook and created an improved version, the AYS Choral Technique and Music Theory Workbook. Working at their own pace, either independently or with Staff and volunteer coaches, Singers master a series of musical skills that are both challenging and rewarding.  Not only do they become

better musicians, they also build a strong foundation to support their future pursuit of a music degree in college. In fact, AYS alumni/ae have placed out of first semester college theory and ear training based on what they learned through AYS.
